The mats weren't cleaned, the passenger seat wasnt even wiped you can see the pink stuff on it still same with the steering wheel still has some dirt on it. The back seat still has a stain and the vacuuming was not the best. Waste of money going here.

I showed up to buy my husband a gift card just as Jennifer, one of the staff, came RACING out of the car wash with a beautiful purse chasing down the blue Mercedes driver who had left it behind! Talk about service!! My husband says this place is the BEST in our area - he likes the interior work and the price is right. The cars leaving that day looked spectacular, especially that blue Mercedes! I commented to Jennifer that I was impressed by her outstanding effort and she said, “ I like to take care of our customers! Its what I do!”

I had to change my detail several times due to health issues. I was blown away by the kindness and politeness of everyone at the facility. They were so understanding and concerned about my health and took me in right away! Amber and Rachel are wonderful!! Upon entering the building, Leann, the cashier was polite and pleasant. Patrick, the detailer, did a top notch job on my vehicle; definitely recommend him. It is so rare these days to find a business like this where everyone makes you feel welcome and appreciated. I have found my new car wash. Thanks to everyone!!! Eddie S. 👍😁👀 UPDATE: I had to have some very minor body work done so being the meticulous lunatic that I am, I had my vehicle detailed again today. The detailer, Ray, did a phenomenal job; you need sunglasses to look at the car! Thanks again to Ray and everyone at Eager Beaver. I appreciate the great service and for making me feel like family. 😃

I was a little disappointed this time. When I got home I had to go out and finish some detailing. There were coffee drip marks still on the shift and around the cup holder. The windshield wipers still had green pollen on them and both side mirrors had streaks. Usually they do a great job. Maybe it was just an off day. It’s why I still gave four stars but I’m hoping this is not a new trend.

I am so disappointed… I Was there yesterday and was told that the express interior detailing would include vacuuming and a full car wash. When I open my trunk/Hatchback, the back of the seats were not vacuumed, the vinyl was not touched. On the passenger side, there was chocolate on the door panel (was there), not touched, and the dash and other areas were done very quickly so it was spotty. I asked for the leather fragrance, not sure what they put in there, but it stinks to high heaven and smells like chemicals. Not sure how long this will last but it smells nasty. Also, I made the mistake of putting the tip in the tip box and the person who did the detail was practically running after me to find out where his tip was. My opinion, he didn’t deserve a $10 tip, but I told him that it was put in the box. He had to get a manager to have it confirmed by me. The wheels were quickly done leaving a lot of grease and dirt on the spokes. The only good part of the experience were the women that worked there. They were all really helpful in explaining what package included what. If only the workers were as articulate, I wouldn’t be putting this review in negatively.
